Where are the products shipped from?
After placing an order, the product will be shipped from Germany or Poland.
What courier delivery do you use?
We use DPD, DHL to send the parcels.
How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
Order cutoff time is 11:00 AM (GMT+02:00) on business days.
Orders placed before the cutoff time are typically processed and dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
If your order has not been shipped within 2 business days, please contact us at info@qekudbike.com.
How long does express delivery take?
Electric bicycles are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Certain accessories may require 7–15 business days depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, or seasonal demand.
How to return a product for a refund
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Free return shipping is available within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
For opened or used items, or for returns initiated within the 30-day return window, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are eligible for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

What should I know before I riding?
Before You ride, We strongly recommend you read our E-BIKE User Manual for your safety.
Can I stack the two discounts repeatedly?
Sorry that only one coupon can be used on one order, we do not support stacking coupons. Thanks for your understanding.
How many years can a bicycle be used?
The life of a bicycle has a lot to do with how it is used. Usually, in daily life, our bicycles can be used normally for 4 to 5 years.

Do I need a license for riding Ebike?
No, you do not need a driver's license to ride an electric bike. Please read the safety instructions included in the express package carefully to ensure your safety.
How to clean my E-bike?
We recommended you to take off the battery. Otherwise, you can clean the E-bike as the normal bike.
